The best part about the property was staff and the food at the on site restaurant. The staff was always ready to help with a smile on their face and greeted everyone with respect. Food was excellent. However, the room I stayed in was terrible. The room was below average. Bedsheets had stains on it which is a big no no in hospitality business. There was no heat in the room. I did try calling the front desk but didn’t get through them. Bathroom was in terrible condition. Shower door was not functioning properly. There was no hot water at all considering winter time. Overall, not happy with the rooms as I had two separate bookings.

The place was falling apart. Leaky taps, insufficient towels, limited breakfast options, no gym. Not a property suitable for travellers used to a certain basic standard. We're afraid we will not return.

Location is not something you would feel right about, but the property and services are amazing. Had a great time.

Nice hotel. Good service. Shower door was broken, not in the best condition. Spa has no hot water you can’t shower there. And most items on the spa menu aren’t even available so that was disappointing. But it is a comfortable stay with great food in the restaurant.

It was not what I had expected & what I had seen in photos while booking. For e.g., I booked a room with bathtub in balcony & it was not available when we checked in. Services were too slow. Frequent power cuts were so annoying. The room was shouting for maintenance, for instances, the blinds behind the bed were all broken which shunned the privacy. It was not at all worth the hefty amount of money I spent on booking it.
