We stayed in the lodge. The rooms had 2 comfortable double beds. The setting is beautiful and quiet and the dining room has a great view of KY Lake. The dining room serves breakfast every day and lunch and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. We only ate breakfast in the dining room and it was great. They offer 3 or 4 options with the ability to mix and match for an additional small fee. They host a trivia game Friday night and have a game room with video games, pool, ping pong and shuffle board. The pool looks very inviting and overlooks KY Lake.

the exterior of the cabin was filthy. branches on the roof, rain gutters were packed full of tree debris. the whole exterior needed pressure washed. no housekeeping during our 4 night stay. the inside was OK

We are sorry for the exterior of the cottages, we have been dealing with lots of thunderstorms (tornado weather), power outages for a couple of days, and have not had a chance to catch up on the cleaning of the outside areas. We hopefully will get some great weather soon as it is raining again today with thunderstorms predicted for the entire week. Housekeeping is not allowed in the cottages/rooms while a guest is staying, for any requests you can ask the front desk and we would work with you for any issues/items you need. This property was well maintained with a retro vibe. The game room was a big hit. Also, Greg at the front desk was a delight and very helpful.

I loved being in nature and enjoying the views. Very beautiful views of the lake. Children enjoyed walking in the trees and of course the lake.
