"They changed our room which was nice. Our first room was dark and smelled like wet dog. You're paying for convenience. You can walk to the Mayo Clinic. Our second room was much better. It was light and we had a balcony. It smelled clean. The front desk staff were great."

"Not clean, towells smelled weird. Bath tub was dirty, and it flooded. I saw a baby roach coming out from under the bed, mattress way too soft. Sheets didn't seem clean."

"Heads up you will have to pay an additional $100 deposit upon arrival. Rooms are dirty. Staff are rude. Stay somewhere else! I posted pictures on my google review if you want to go see. "

"This hotel was perfect in every way. Right on the beach, great pool for kids, the Landshark restaurant was delicious and not overly priced, we could walk to anywhere we wanted. We went with a 2.5 year old and a 9 mo old. Breakfast at the Metro half a mile down the road is a must! And of course we walked to Joe’s Crab Shack for some crab legs. I can’t rave enough about the hotel! "
