This particular hotel gives the Marriott a particular disservice. We were there for 6 days and the room was only cleaned once after asking multiple times in the week for it to be done. When the room was finally cleaned the bathroom was left out. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves using cleaning products left out in the hallway. The cleaners had conveniently "gone home for the day" every time we asked for the issue to be resolved. Lights in the bathroom kept on cutting out in the room. Other lights in the room worked. International plugs were weak and couldn't hold adapters properly in the sockets. When we arrived there were problems with internet and TV and we were given a phone number and had to call a separate IT department twice. The hotel were meant to support with updates but the front desk never relayed a response back to us. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable with ripped fitted under sheets. The sofa bed in the room had springs missing. The staff seemed dejected and although some were helpful some were just outright rude ignoring us or not realising we were there because they were on their phones in the office. Breakfast was basic and unhealthy and was lukewarm most mornings. Positives - I did like they had a laundry room that was really useful. The hotel is in a great location and super close to the mall for decent food and entertainment options. Gym room was misrepresented not enough space. We would not recommend this particular Marriott hotel.

Bed squeaked everytime you rolled over , shower curtain rod was broken and water leaked all over the floor, reserved king and got queen and not able to change rooms, had to pay to park in a regular lot, two towels total, light switch in bathroom Didn’t work, because a switch by the main door was off…just weird stay!

Ugh not sure where to start. Parking: You now have to pay for parking. Pool: the pool was visibly dirty, there were black bunches of something floating on the top layer and you could see there was no water circulating just stagnant. Front Desk: I arrived after 4 and room was still not ready. Room: I booked a 2 bd suite, there was only two sets of towels and washcloths provided. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and sheets were not provided without request. Hotel: The hotel is just worn down and needs to be renovated.

Hotel amenities are dated. Old beds, uncomfortable.

My stay was awesome! The Staff members were great, Rooms were clean and cozy. One of the best stays I’ve experienced.

We arrived for an early check-in via the mobile app and were told that meant nothing basically. We also came back at the allotted time to a downstairs lobby full of hot, humid air and several other parties going through the same ordeal or worse, having the hotel blame the guests for not following unclear instructions. Everytime the a/c clicked on a very powerful mold smell would permeate the room! The pull out sofa bed was stained and so thin, my other guest just pulled the pillows of of it to sleep on the floor. They also made you pay an extra $10 just to park your car where you already purchased your room.

I liked that it was within easy distance of airport and residence of my friend. It was a standard hotel/suite with nice amenities.
