This is excellent hotel for visiting Hanoi. Tons of great restaurants and Hoàn Kiếm Lake , night market and BRG mart nearby and just 1-5 minutes walking distance.
The staff is so nice and helpful especially Hannah Le. After I booked my hotel, she has already contacted with me through WhatsApp and provided a lot of information about hotel services and local travel program. Her excellent services making my trip so easily and safely. Next time if I visit Hanoi again, I will stay within Splendid for sure.

The hotel is in a perfect location, few steps away from everything. Staff is super friendly and helpful

We had a great time staying at the Splendid Hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's very clean and close to everything. I found the rooms a little small. Hanna is a great source of information and made our stay so enjoyable. She's outgoing and very fun to talk to. If you need something she will make it happen. Cheers to all the staff

It's a beat up, fly infested, dirty cage. No kidding, I'm pissed that I booked this. Flies everywhere!

I enjoyed my stay at this property and I felt it was a great value considering the convenience of the location. The staff was very helpful whenever I needed anything or when I had questions. I recommend Splendid Hotel and Spa to anyone who is planning a trip to Hanoi.

The room was neat and clean but a bit small, especially given the price. The location was ideal. The staff was extremely helpful in making dinner reservations, setting up tours, and arranging airport transfers.

The property is in a good location. The staff particularly Hannah, Kevin and the young guy who is in the night shift were really very helpful and accommodating.
The staff went an extra mile to help us.
