The property divided into 2 areas. It appears to divided the guests into two unequal groups. One area seems to be much nicer than the other. Not easy to go from one to another.

Incredible staff all round but must mention especially Yen Pham and Duy Bạch who were both fantastically helpful.

The hotel is magnificent. The room was gorgeous, very comfortable bed, quiet, and spacious. The staff were all amazing, very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants all had a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding food and service. The Club Lounge was very nice, with excellent food and service.
The only downside is it’s very expensive, but you get what you pay for.
