The staff are amazing and were very supportive when we had problems with our travel plans and arrangements with third parties. In particular, Victor, Peter and Sam were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Big thank you to Peter for running out to find cough syrup when we encountered language problems at the pharmacy. Highly recommended!

We were on a vacation and decided to book this hotel because of the beautiful photos. This hotel is in an ideal position, a bit outside of the city center but in a very peaceful neighborhood, and we were extremely pleased with the attentions we received from all of the employees, particularly Phan. Breakfast at the hotel was really excellent, you might order from a number of options.
