Great location, breakfast was really good and staff were really helpful, would stay here again.

The staff service was great here! Hannah Le provided great advice and ensured that our overall trip, not just our stay, was a great experience! The breakfast was also excellent.

We booked a Superior room which came without windows. Some reviews we read were unhappy about this but we had been traveling for 3 weeks and constantly being woken up by cockerels or traffic beeping so I was happy without the window as it was just for one night. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only negative is the hallways/ rooms are a bit run down compared to the fancy reception area and could do with updating, but overall I’d stay here again.

The location of this hotel is just right about everything, within the walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast is superb. Certainly, this will be my first choice for my next visit to Hanoi.

Great location on a bustling street with great shops. The staff were amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the room was renovated and attractive. Very good value. would certainly return

Service was great but hotel should not be classified as 4 stars. The pillow cases were dirty, the room was smelly and humid. The lighting was very dark...
