Next level service with a smile, always helpful and with excellent english. Be charmed by the lovely girls at the reception area, and really by all the staff.

Staff was very professional, nice and attentive. Nice lobby, and room was lovely. Breakfast ok. Would definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed at the Hong Ngoc Cochina hotel in Hanoi several times. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and the hotel is in one of the best locations in Hanoi near Truc Bach lake. Highly recommended!

Very Old school hotel but I like it. Best Chicken pho just next to the hotel !!
