Very nice rooms, great customer service. Our 2 rooms were not next door but at least it was on the same floor. The breakfast wasn't worth the price, the only best thing I ate there was the Pho Hanoi. Broth was hot and delicious. Meat tender and flavorful. Rooms were big, nice, clean. Wi-Fi was good. Had a great experience, would stay here again.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. The hotel is close to good restaurants. Walkable distance to places of interest.

Place to stay in Hanoi
Posted 15 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe spoke to staff even before making reservations.Advice given and recommendations made helped us to plan our visit. Vu and Chi went out of thier way always to feel us welcomed. Best travel advice in HANOI better than travel agents.
