The location of the hotel is great to experience Hanoi in all it's facets. The rooms are clean and some parts (bathrooms) have been renovated recently. Other parts can do with a refresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Great location. Our hotel room had a balcony and it had a nice view of the area along with some seating and decor. Would recommend.

Great hotel in the Old Quarter, with service and amenities designed with foreign visitors in mind. All staff speak excellent English. Room was comfortable, breakfast had good variety, all staff were very service-oriented. I would not hesitate to stay again.

A Welcoming Hotel

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are very spacious,clean and well fitted out.
But the main reason for staying here is the staff. They are so welcoming and go over the top to make your stay plesant.
