Great place to stay in old quarter

Friendly welcoming staff on arrival - greeted with fruit and a drink. Tasty Breakfast . Helpful receptionist pointing out places of interest. Chose to stay in deluxe room with view of lake.

The staff here are so caring and friendly. They offered us a room upgrade to facilitate our heavy luggages and different exclusive services during our visit in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Posted 25 Oct 2019 on HotelsIt’s my first time in Hanoi and the hotel was exactly the place I need - 1 min walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, helpful hotel personnel, beautiful room and lovely combination of Vietnamese with Western breakfast. I’d recommend this place to everyone as it’s a hidden jewel in the area, would gladly stay here again next time when I am in Hanoi.
