The staff is amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Everything from tour recommendations and bookings, general directions and arranging taxi services. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean and confortable. The location is great and you are in the center of the Hanoi madness!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and were able to answer any and all questions my wife and I had. Hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. Location is amazing and makes it incredibly easy to walk to Old Town Hanoi. Highly reccomend.

Good hotel next to Beer Street
Posted 17 Oct 2023 on HotelsLovely modern hotel next to beer street but the room we had was quiet and very comfortable. It only had a very small window with no view but as we were only staying for one night it wasn’t a problem for us. Sky bar has great views and is a refuge from the raucous streets below. Breakfast was basic but okay.
