The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English very well. The room is pretty nice. A little musty smelling but it's so humid there. No bugs, mold. Nice to have a balcony woth greenery but we didnt hang out there as quite damp. Train goes by but is not too loud. The rooster starts crowing around 5am.

This place is a gem, the staff all went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during the stay. They were especially great about giving a crash course on the old quarter and must stop places. The value of booking here was amazing, I highly recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities were clean and convenient. I was able to enjoy a peaceful sleep as there was no noise from cars or motorcycles. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great experience with La Cascada; the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive & kind, and the amenities & services were perfect for what we needed. The room was wonderful, clean, and had a great view. Would highly recommend this hidden gem!
