The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi

good place in Old Quarter but Old Quarter is chaotic and noisy I would have preferred the neighborhood near the Cathedral

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but a bit damp because it was very rainy during our stay. No elevator. Good hotel.

Micheal and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Gave me a nice list of things to see and do in the city, plus some great spots to eat. Location is great with lots to do in walking distance, would stay here again next time I come back to the city.

The Hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking to be right in the action of Old Quarter. The only down side to the hotel was it has no elevator, so you may have to walk up many stairs depending on what room your floor is on. Overall it was a good place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super 5 stars for Michael, very professional and very helpful person. He made my stay very easy giving me all the tips about visiting Hanoi and sorraundings ndings. The hotel is amazing and in an excellent location. I strongly raccomend this hotel.
