Great hotel with great location right by the lake, rooms were good and overall a good stay.
Only downside is that the staff were very nosy and not the nicest with the couple guests I brought to the hotel for a drink.

Amazing location in the Old Quarter and extremely near to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There's a bar, local coffee shop, local eateries and a famous pizzeria all within a few steps from the hotel. The room itself is decent and breakfast is just okay.
They close their entrance at midnight though, so be prepared with a SIM card so you can call them up to open the door if you were to arrive back later than that.

The front desk staff is very friendly. Mia ( sorry if wrongly called). Suggest staff should wear a name tag.
Mia was helpful and always have happy and smiling face.
Recommend to stay in this hotel again. By the way, m house breakfast was wonderful, Vietnamese style as well as western - porch eggs, hot dogs, bacons. All cooked very delicious and yummy. Vietnamese coffee, cereals also served. Well done . Had a wonder stayed in Bonsella.
