The employees at the property are so nice and accommodating. I think this is the reason the property has good customers ratings. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. It is rundown and more like a basic older motel. However, it is in an excellent location so if you want service and good location, this place is for you. If you want an upper scale hotel with a nice room and good shower, this place is not for you.

Great location. Helpful staff. Was not prepared for how busy the streets are. Walking the street was chaotic at times besides that enjoyed our stay

The rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast included but not that good. We had booked for 3 nights and needed an additional 2 nights. We checked outto go on an overnight cruise which they booked for us and when we came back the next day they told us someone needed to stay in the room we were supposed to ha ve and they are fully booked. We had to find a hotel during a weekend high season.

- excellent staff who are helpful & friendly
- tastefully designed interiors & rooms
- dated bath room & it’s accessories
- windows & outdoor needs lots of cleaning & tidying to make whole property a happier place to stay
- nice firm beddings
- great room amenities
- good location
- great n non expensive spa services in hotel

Great location, staff and breakfast but very patchy internet especially when you work remotely. However the manager and staff tried their best to resolve the slow wi-fi issues while we stayed.
