Loved the hotel mostly because we loved Thang and his team in the rooftop bar , so efficient and friendly that we didn’t want to drink anywhere else
Shame about building work next door though was not as noisy as we expected

There is mis advertising from the hotel as well as from the expedia saying they have hot tub but they don't have that actually. Food is average at the restaurant. Overall, not worth it.

The bed was amazing, all the facilities were amazing. Hannah the customer manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Outside the premise is another story.

Great Hotel
Posted 17 Nov 2023 on HotelsGreat hotel, quality room with modern amenities. Location is super closer to the old quarter, minus all the noise and commotion. Service staff including Thang and the others at the front desk were superb. Food and spa services were all top notch. I travel often for business and this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
