Clean and spacious. Convenience store and coffee place just beside. However, limited choice of food around the area.

Our executive room was very spacious. The front desk was so nice and accommodating. They delivered an iron 3 minutes after call. My room has a huge soaking tub and a very shower. Location was quiet and relaxing. I worked out in the gym overlooking the out door pool. Can’t say enough great things about it.

Nice and comfortable room
Posted 3 Jan 2024 on HotelsNice and comfortable room. Room is clean and bed is big. Very quiet location. Nearer to airport than central city. 20 minutes from the hotel to Hanoi town centre by taxi.
Nearby have new Lotte World shopping mall. Less than 10 minutes by taxi. Many restaurants and shops. Very nice place.

I like the idea of being able to come away from the motor bike horn .
2 the staff were very kind with information and booking tours .

Amazing suites with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Everything looks modern and was very clean. Our stay was comfortable. Only down size is its pretty far from the city (about 20 mins to old district) and limited tourist attractions.
