I loved the hotel the front desk young lady that checked me in was very helpful, she booked my massage with Valentina who was fabulous and exactly what I needed she helped me find a converter I needed and they the most delicious buffet breakfast with a wonderful staff I asked for crispy bacon and the next 2 mornings that is exactly what I got!!! Pool could have been a bit warmer (though I forgot to ask as I am certain they would have accommodated and they need to get an English speaking news station. Perfect place to stay I look forward to returning soon!

Pricey but good
Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe location of the hotel can be a bit tricky to find. It faces onto the Market in front of the Rathaus, but the main entrance is down a side street which opens out. Signage should be improved as the doors onto the Markt itself arelocked for the cooler parts of the year. That was the only problem. The location is great, 11 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof and in the (rebuilt) old town. Probably the best hotel in town, certainly it is closer to what you would expect to pay in a big city! But the facilities, location and quietness are worth it. Breakfast is way too expensive if you just want a roll and a coffee, but plenty of choice in town. Recommended.

Excellent choice, wonderful hotel

Staff amazing, friendly, helpful. Everything clean and well decorated.
Would have liked the pool to be open during the day mon-Fri and it was a touch cold! Couldn’t fault anything else. Lovely place for couples and families.
