Nice modern place to stay. Walking distance to the Altstadt. The only one thing that I can think could be added is a washer/dryer for guests. However, there is a laundromat about 10 min away.

4 days without hot water

From the day 1-4 I did not have a hot water.
When I said I don’t have a hot water in my room the front desk person said “we know”
And this was the answer for 4 days.
I was not even offered a free coffee for the inconvenience.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast very nice.
Only negative was noise from sidewalk seating and park when window open (on second floor). Window closed quite quiet.
Convenient walking to pedestrian area and old city.

The hotel location is very good; quiet area; but they should keep maintanence updated.
