It was a busy weekend in the area, but the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located for downtown attractions. It was clean and nice. The free breakfast left something to be desired: there were not enough tables for everyone and the waffle maker wasn't working. Overall it was a good value.

Thank you for reviewing our hotel. We do have 3 rooms for breakfast, and no one was left without a place at any time. The waffle maker was not broken, someone left a half cooked waffle in it and turned it off. Staff cleaned it out and was fine, but we left it turned off as your party did not tell until 935 and breakfast was over at 930, and we thank her for letting us know. We were happy to have you here Sharon, and if you would like the rooms you had this year again, remember to book a handicap room and request adjoining. Keep smiling and we hope to see you again!

We fortunately had a 3rd floor room in the new building. Had a river view….but we really would have been unhappy with the slightly older building as the rooms surround an atrium with an indoor chlorinated pool. Hate the odor of chlorine. Breakfast was free and ok..no fruit though.
Nice location to walk around the old town. Free parking.

All of our rooms are nice and clean. The main building has been updated and the pool is in the main area, so when you walk in, you do smell it. The other building is nice as well and we are happy you enjoyed your river view, we do have the same views in our main building and breakfast fruit was there, nice big apples and some other dole fruit cups in the fridge. Have a great summer and we hope to see you again

I was taken ill while there and Mary and Grace at the desk could not have been more helpful in getting me linked up with medical care. Matt was wonderful as he took me to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. They were just wonderful.

Car park was a bit of an issue as far as availability of space to park.
Rooms were a bit dusty and had to change rooms due the refrigerator not working, I needed for my insulin. Not a huge issue as it was a prompt move.
All in all, it was decent enough that we will stay there again. Folks were super nice!! That spoke more highly to me than anything else.

Thank you! We do appreciate your feedback. We are sorry about the fridge, but we always have a couple on hand just for circumstances like this arise. (kinda like light bulbs, ya never know when those little dudes are gonna burn out!) We are happy with our staff as well, we do try to give you our VERY BEST.
