Metro at the doorstep, huge mall and night market opposite, short walk from West Lake. Hotel has everything for a comfortable stay. If I were to nitpick, thw hotel doesn't have proper drop-off point and the gym consist of only a threadmill and spin bike.

room was good and clean! location was great as well! located right beside the metro station and near wulin night market as well. many nice eateries nearby. would definitely stay again!

Hotel is very clean. They offered free Peet’s coffee made by barista- each room gets a certain number of tickets based on number of days booked. There are a lot of malls and food options around, all walkable distance. The place is about 5-10 minute walk from Wulin night market and 10 minute walk to west lake.

Location is great: 30-40min walk to West Lake, 10min walk away from the main shopping district, 30min walk to the cultural centre & Jing Hang Canal, also located right opposite a snazzy mall and above a subway station. Rooms need major upgrade in terms of sound proofing in-between rooms and also from the corridor. Lack of proper drop-off and pick-up point makes it extra challenging when hailing a ride with luggage. Gym and laundry is combined into a glass room, which is well kept and functional though not too appealing. Quality of staff and service is quite mixed, some are knowledgeable and helpful while some have no clue of things - I expect more from Hyatt, even if its a subsidiary brand.
