This Holiday Inn is only stop to Hangzhou International Airport by metro. It takes about 35 minutes to West Lake Culture Center by metro. The front desk services are excellent, quick check in and out. Especially Ms. Song who is very professional and thoughtful. Overall it’s a great stay if you need to stay close to Airport.

Convenient location to Airport, which is good for business travel. The hotel is new but aircon did not work well nor did it have a bottle opener if you wanted to have a beer from the bar fridge.
It is located in the harbour area - so a bit dingy in terms of wanting to look around.
Room numbers do not make sense and staff not all that helpful as cannot speak english
