New hotel, large room with fantastic views, nice and friendly staff. Free vip service to take you to airport or train station. We really enjoy to stay there.

Conrad Hangzhou opened in March 2019 and, as such, we are among the newest hotels in the city. As our hotel is in a high-rise building, our guest rooms, restaurants and Executive Lounge offer unobstructed panoramic views over the city and Qianjiang river. All staffs are warm, welcoming & helpful. Short walk to number of malls for you will have wide selections for shopping & dinning and amazing light shows every Tues, Fri & Sat. I will definitely come back and recommend Conrad to all of my family & friends!

Indeed, Hangzhou’s lightshow is a ‘must see’. Apart from the weekday shows, the city boasts world class lightshows during special occasion and public holidays (which are sometimes even featured on the international news channels). The light show can best be viewed from our Jin Lobby Lounge (Level 26) or our Executive Lounge (Level 36).
As you rightly mentioned, there is wide selection of shopping, dining and entertainment options in walking distance from the hotel. The metro station is located just underneath the hotel which provides you convenient access to the city’s key tourist attractions, such as the Westlake and Longjing Mountains.
We very much look forward to welcome you, your family or your friends to Conrad Hangzhou (again)!

Hotel is new, easy access to subway and connected to Raffles City Mall.. Front desk check in staff friendly and professional... concierge helpful.
Gym well equipped... indoor swimming pool looks great.
However, you must bring your own swimming cap or buy one from them ... otherwise cannot use the pool...
Never heard of such rules in other hotels. Point is this kind of information not published by the hotel in their website. Also , shocked to find that upon entering bedroom, housekeeping did not replace free bottled water in the bathroom, which was partially consumed by previous guests. No writing paper nor envelope in their stationery file, even after I deliberately left file open for housekeeping to discover. Buffet breakfast offer a wide selection of western and local food but it is the same food every morning... one can get bored with same selection every morning. Apart from these teething problems, service attitude very good. Just need more awareness.... after it is a 5 star hotel....

Conrad Hangzhou opened in March of this year and, therefore, is among the newest properties in the city. The hotel is part of the larger Raffles City complex which, apart from the hotel, offers a large seven-story shopping center, offices and restaurants. The metro station is only 100 meters from the hotel entrance and, from there, you can access Hangzhou’s key commercial areas as well as tourist highlights (e.g. Westlake, Longjing Mountains and Lingyin Temple). As the hotel is located in Hangzhou’s New CBD, you will find all major corporations and government offices in walking distance.

Excellent room and location

A Great Stay
Posted 25 May 2019 on HotelsOverall experience was great. The hotel is brand new and the service was wonderful. The rooms were well appointed and the bed/lien was unparalleled. For a US business traveler, I had issues with the hotel’s internet and getting onto my VPN. This was the only hotel I experienced VPN issues at, but the hotel’s IT Director personally helped to address the problem. Jan, the General Manager is also very attentive and welcoming to his guests.
