Everything was lovely but the people were the best they treated us like family. Should have 5 stars for service. The hotel is lovely also

The property is interesting and historic. The staff was amazing. Isabella, who picked us up at the airport and was on the hotel staff, was hilarious and friendly. The breakfast was interesting and different, but very tasty. We were very happy with our choice.

Nice, clean and very comfortable facility that is centrally located on the Main Street. All staff are very nice and friendly, and they serve wonderful breakfast in mornings. The breakfast tables are labeled with guests’ names and with very fresh and healthy food. I really appreciate their special effort to help delivering my forgotten laptop from my room to the airport. This just tell you how responsible and helpful they are as hosts in this family run hotel. I would highly recommended to anybody who visit Easter Island to stay here!

Everyone was welcoming and helpful from the moment Maria picked us up at the airport. Sebastian was there to explain Hare Nua's history. Room was clean and spacious (corner) Breakfast was amazing, more than we could eat!!!They are near the market, so we could get snacks and extra water (filtered water provided was appreciated but quite flat and tasteless) They gave us restaurant recommendatiions as well. I recommend Harer Nua to anyone visiting Easter Island (Rapa Nui, Isla de Pascua).

The atmosphere is excellent. It is welcoming and warm. The owners exude happiness and made our stay very memorable. If we return to Hanga Roa we will stay here again and recommend it to anyone who comes here.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and quite comfortable. The multi-course breakfast provided each morning was delicious and very filling. Conveniently located on the main shopping street. Would definitely stay there again.

The hosts, Sebastian and Maria, are extraordinarily welcoming and helpful. They will ensure your visit to the island exceeds expectations. However, the facility is not perfect as the previous reviews suggest.

Posted 30 Jan 2024 on HotelsAbsolutely terrific property with extremely pleasant and gracious owners and staff. Very comfortable bedding, great AC, good size shower and Fantastic breakfast. Very convenient to anything in town. Walkable.
