We didn't stay long enough to find out much. Check in was sloppy, but after seeing our room and shower and finding it resembling a prison cell, we decided to leave straight away and find somewhere else. They offered an upgrade but it was 'thanks, but no thanks'.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing our Resort. The room you booked from Expedia is a Superior room that has 22 SQM. A bit small but more comfortable for most visitors. And Yes, we try to offer the bigger room but you did not accept because its price is higher than your budget. We do our best for all customer but someone may not satisfy something. This room is budget and welcomes too many guests but they do not complain about the size (because they know this price is acceptable). By the way thanks again for your comment. Best Regards

The place was very pretty, good look off, and very clean rooms. The place is quite far from the centre of town, if you have a car or scooter it’s fine! Taxi will run you 500baht each way if you’re going in town. About 30 mins from the airport.

The place itself was alright, and clean. The room came with a huge fridge. Staff are friendly & accommodating. However it is located right next to a busy street, and there is no soundproofing in the room. You can also hear the person staying above you stomping around. Breakfast is also quite minimalistic.

Quiet and original

Why four stars? It's not close to town, so you'll have arrange and pay for transportation if you don't have your own. The staff's English is rough, so there will be misunderstandings. However, the resort is lovely and original, and the entire staff is eager to help. It is a nice change from the hectic bustle of tourist life in Chiang Mai.

Freundliches Personal. Unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out. Etwas Lärm von der Strasse wahrnehmbar.

Sind steht’s bemüht!

Zustand der gesamten Anlage teilweise sehr traurig aber auch einiges Potential. Bemühter Service und eine überraschend gute Küche. Essen Sie dort gerne zu Abend. Positive Überraschung. Nicht in den unrenovierten Zimmer im Altbau absteigen. Neubau ist jedoch ganz nett.
