On the waterfront. Close to lots of things. Guest laundry was very nice compared to most.

The property is very outdated in amenities available, room equipment, no elevator….room price didn’t meet expectations

Sorry to hear you were not happy with your stay. Not sure what is meant by room equipment. The building has never had an elevator. If a first-floor room is necessary, we usually can accommodate that request.

Very much miss restaurant and bar which were very popular not only with guests at the hotel but with local folks.
Hope that both will reopen...
