"Hotel chef, Flower, was friendly and welcoming each morning. Her soups (chicken/beef pho and bun bo hue) was the highlight of breakfast during our two night stay. Won’t hesitate to return to Crowne Plaza on a future trip to Da Nang! "

"To be honest with you, I don’t know where to start. From the time you walk through the door. You have excellent service from the reception and the staff in the lobby then when you get to your room, you have a beautiful view clean room , nice gifts then you get to the restaurants from the breakfast restaurant to the lunch and dinner restaurant the staff they’re no longer staff their friends. Awesome people and it’s hard to just pick one when all of them are great from the managers to the assistant managers to the staff 100% golden!!!! It’s not my first time I stay here and start my last time I enjoy it 100% percent."
