Very nice greeting from Lanang on check in. Compact room, not given river view as usual. Room fine, very comfortable bed with YouTube available on TV. Breakfast fine but VERY crowded even at 630am This hotel is trendy, 30 mins walk from the beach, and for Da Nang pretty expensive at $50 a night. Staff are overworked and underpaid. I enjoyed my stay.

The view of the river are nice. The neon light boats going through the river is unique. Nice gym for all types of exercises with view. Bartender serves great drinks. Staff are friendly and the smiles are great !

The price to value ratio is pretty good. I booked the Queen Lite with a City view. The room was on the smallish side but the layout was good. It worked for me but if you got a lot of luggage or plan to spend time in the room, you might want to choose a different room. The amenities and breakfast was great but would have preferred more western variety for breakfast. Only thing I would have changed would be to book a river view as it would be quieter.

Can’t fault the property. For a hotel nearly 1 year old it has it all. The room was perfect for me as I’m a solo traveller, queen bed, work station desk in my room and modern bathroom facilities. Check in was a breeze and with a roof top bar and pool with amazing views. Met the general manager who is also from Australia and you can definitely tell he cares for his staff as they care for their guest. Would stay here again

Poor management

The hotel is great in terms of design but too messy and poorly managed. The information desk does not speak english enough and they are not really helpful. Because of the rooftop being for external tourist, the pool closes too early and is always super noisy with loud music. Not a relaxing hotel at all. Also, they make up rules as they go. One day we tried to play pool and it closed at 21.30, they explained this was the rule. Next dat we saw it open at 22.30. but again, the level of english is too low to try and explain.

A few kinks, but had a very nice & efficient stay

Super clean, new and modern spot right along the river road. Had a slightly weird check-in set-up (a kiosk in the breakfast room/lounge on 5th floor, I think)-- which saw a lot of luggage around the area while people were navigating the buffet at breakfast time... But you do get a full 24 hour stay from whatever time you arrive, which was just perfect for our schedule! Ours was a rather tiny room, but with a pretty spacious bathroom! We had slightly obstructed views-- but what you could see was great (distant city skyline, river views, boats and traffic, the dragon bridge fire show...) 10% off food at Heart of Darkness brewpub (in their other location's lobby) was a good enough excuse to go try some delicious local craft beers and sliders! Do be careful with the hotel's streetside curb when returning to hotel, especially at night and/or in flipflops! It's just 2-3 inches high, not standard, and tripped me up (I stubbed my toe worse than I have in years-- ouch!)

The property is fairly new. It's quite nice if you have a river view. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have had in south Asia. But if the hotel wasn't new, it would be 2-3 stars-therefore it is overpriced. I also felt stranded. The area is quite deserted. Rarely saw anyone outside. No one on the sidewalk, no one on the riverfront, no one on the Dragon Bridge. It is very, very from center, from beach or points of interest. There is no public transportation at all. The hotel had no idea at all about if or where I could rent a bicycle or scooter or car. There is very very limited shopping in the area- a few minimarts selling overpriced water and things like potato chips. Very limited dining. No where to buy any groceries, for example, cheese. I would not stay here again. The next time I am in Da Nang, I'll be sure I am centrally located (or at least on beach) and have access to bicycle, and not paying a five star rate for a 2 or 3 star property. The access to the hotel is also like a 2 star rooming house. There is no lobby- you just get into an elevator and go up to your floor. That is not horrible, it is just not worth the price of a 4 to 5 star.

Everything was excellent. I gave four stars only because my door was left open after room cleaning, with all of my valuables inside. I do travel with a very expensive camera, so that was a bit upsetting. Thankfully, everything was exactly where I left it. Aside from that, the experience was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Convenient location and a grab away from popular spots. Few shopping options. Short walk to the night markets and Dragon Bridge. Rooms were decent size for my family and daily room service staff super friendly, same for reception and lobby staff.
