It was a mid hotel, we enjoyed our stay here but previous hotels were much better. The rooms are not sound proof and if getting a beach front be prepared for a LOT of noise. The breakfast was great, and in a good location. Loved having a mart across the road.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Good food on the buffet and in the restaurant. 1 minute walk to the beach where you can rent chairs & umbrella for a small fee. Large grocery right across the street. Pool was great, just not in the sun, but there was a sundeck one flight of stairs down. We loved the staff! Everyone so friendly and accomodating.

Sorting online reviews can be confusing but let me be clear that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Resort-like service (e.g. full buffet breakfast - which was delicious & had something for everyone, welcome drink (non-alcoholic) on arrival, prompt service, etc.) and right across the street from the beach. This is a quieter (less touristy busy) location than further down the beach but still has spas, convenience stores, cafes, etc. close by and just a short Grab to the busier areas. It was our favourite hotel of our Vietnam trip.

Service was exceptional. Rooms were clean. Reception staffs can speak fluent English. Right across from the beach, but a bit far from Da Nang downtown (?). But don’t mind because Grab is so affordable. Little noisy from the beach at night, but not bothering. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it has amazing view!
