The floors were dirty, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the people next to me had a shouting match for 4 hours straight, and I got to hear every word because the walls are so thin. Just spend the extra 20$ and go somewhere nicer.

The property isn't new, but it was clean and painted recently. Staff was very friendly and professional.

A nice inexpensive comfortable room for the one night we stayed, the staff was very nice and hospitable.

The room smelt like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a no smoking room.
