Dinner Buffet was a ripoff Even though they gave me a buffet included after I ate they charge me for it

Dear Mr ,
you have reserved a junior suite in BB and you have come to the restaurant believing that you have reserved Half-board, the restaurant and the reception have informed you that your reservation is Bed and breakfast, despite that you have benefited from buffet dinner for two, and at the time of check out you did not find the money to pay and the general management made you a reduction of 50% in order to be able to pay you signed on the invoice of 50% by thanking us !!
It is not honest to write such a comment afterwards !!

Great night stay
Posted 28 Jun 2019 on HotelsStayed in this hotel for 1 night of my recent trip to Tunisia, and this hotel was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were friendly, food was nice and also the beach was amazing and the hotel also had 4 pools in total which allowed plenty of room to chill out in.

Beach and pool are nice. Spa very old and there is no business center in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, part of the beach!

Pros: Beach, view, breakfast.
Cons: The indoor swimming pool did not have any changing rooms or showers so we had to walk back to our rooms in our swimming gear and clothes
Location: The beach is all you need. Not much else in Hammamet.
Very well organised and clean. Lots of facilities. Nice and spacious room and view. Delicious and varied breakfast with lots of options.
