It was my worse experience ever

Pros: nothing
Location: good location but it is not in front of the sea
I hope you can contact me to tell you about my bad experience, the food is the worse ever, the hotel does not provide variety of food, they provide the cheapest food ever, very little staff, the chef / cook is really bad, people are very rude, never smile. Don't even think about this Hotel

Pros: Staff are helpful and friendly and always happy to help. Bar area is really nice and the waiters are lovely. Close to marina and medina and shops.
Cons: The food! always cold food. The plates are not heated, food very repetitive. I feel water at least should be served for free. Entertainment poor.
Location: The marina is lovely - plenty of shops and restaurants latino disco not far away and medina always worth a visit.
Second time to stay at Shell Beach we stay here purely for value for money. don't spend a lot of time in hotel as can be a bit boring.
