We absolutely loved our 2nd stay at Grotto Bay Resort after being there the last time 42 years ago for our honeymoon! Great upgrades over the decades and more to come at the main building this fall and winter. Bus access extremely easy to get to go anywhere on the island. Food was fantastic! Short walk to the Swizzle in for drinks and food is you want to experience and ice cream across the street. Crystal Caves to experience right up the street to visit. Will visit again! Just need queen beds instead of double beds in rooms.

The scenery is beautiful, but the hotel needs some updating. And the food is OK.

I would like handrails at the correct height going down to the beach area. The handrail was too low to hold onto.
Also trail going up to breakfast and dinner was quite steep.

I will recommend Grotto Bay to anyone traveling to Bermuda. I would love to see better coffee pots and a microwave in the rooms. Still the best vacation I've ever had. Staff were phenomenal.

Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear your neighbor ball up trash, clear phone conversations....everything. When they are outside its like they are in your room. 2 exceptional employees, everyone else is just there for.a paycheck....

Overpriced and the view was not really that great from the resort. Some of the staff were less than cordial. Shall we say I would not stay there again. The spa was wonderful and I absolutely recommend that.
