Nothing unique about this property now that Marriott took over. No upgrades of any kind for loyal members of the Sheraton brand, 40$ for breakfast?! Seriously? For a hotel who forces you to touch bottles with soap used by the hundred guests before you? Do you know where those guest hands have been while they’re showering? They should be fined by health Canada not praised! Towels that are stained and are a hundred yrs old. Old drier that barely runs. Whalen “AC” units spewing humidity into the room, which by the way stinks, and you will stink too, yes, of humidity and mold, once you’re out of there. Sad sad sad. How much cheaper can you get Marriott? Ride the wave because the day of reckoning is coming. By the way, if you make your reservation at Expedia, they slam you with no curtesy by management and they tell you so as they humiliate you into giving them your Starwood membership, which changes nothing in the end, so don’t bother.

Staff not very hospitable, dirty dusty room, tub didn’t drain properly, fans all very dusty, toilet did not flush properly. Kleenex left empty even after housekeeping came. Not the usual service I have come to expect from A Marriott Bonvoy brand.

So conveniently close to the ontario center. Pool is nice and warm. The staff are just awesome

Location is right downtown Hamilton close to the main entertainment centres that are within walking distance. Found the parking to be somewhat tight.
