Was not told that there were additional fees. Wouldn’t accept debt Visa card wanted a major credit card. Because we didn’t have it. Then requested cash for a deposit. This should Of been provided information when booking and paying with my debt visa as well. No atm Machine at the hotel. I was very upset and beyond disappointed. After driving 4.5 -5 hrs. I didn’t want to try and find a bank near by as I have never been here before.

I am really very sorry that you had to face this issue during your stay at Hampton Inn and suites. As per the policy we currently do not accept debit for security deposit.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Pool was very cold, and needed to be cleaned - scummy layer on the tiles at the top of the pool.
