There was limited staff availability and very little food nearby (a gas station). The "check in after hours" information that was provided was inaccurate (wrong code). Overall, it was mediocre.

Great place to explore Brisbane. Close to transport. Restaurants. The City Cat and Eat Street are all in walking distance. Value for money. Easy parking.

We were very happy with our large, one bedroom suite at the back of the hotel. There was a lovely, little garden and patio at the back of our unit. The gardens all around the property were beautiful. The staff were helpful and caring. The location is amazing, 8 minutes from airport, within minutes to walk to the lovely garden-lined river boardwalk, the fabulous IGA, the night market, great food in every direction. And there is a complete kitchen with coffee etc., and ICE in the freezer. Yes, the hotel is a wee bit tired but it has so many positives…great shower, so quiet. And this is the only hotel in Brisbane that would accommodate us for one night over the huge Brisbane NRL weekend and still provide a reasonable price. Very impressed. Thank-you!

No serving of room, basic and rough and unfriendly staff, we checked in around 3.30 and they took further $100 deposit as we were late checking in.
Said we would get back, did this invade we didn’t show ….but check in is any time after 2 pm , they had better credit It back
