The cleaning After 3 dans didnt take Place and we Head to remind twice before it was dine one day before we left.

Nice hotel close to shopping and a train station
Posted 27 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape.
There is a shopping center close by with a grocery store and other shops.
The hotel is right next to a train station, where there are lots of trains, that will take you to Hamburg central station in about 15 minutes. All though the trains are near by, you don't hear them in the hotel room, when the window is closed.
Check in and check out is self service, but it's very easy, and the staff in the restaurant can help you, if you are having troubles.
Cleaning is every third day. The cleaning person came at 9.30, which was a bit too early for me. I prefer, that cleaning happens after I leave for sightseing. I just told him to come back later though, which he did, so it wasn't a big problem. Just a little annoying.
All in all I was pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend to stay here.
