The reservation included the room should be wheelchair friendly, meaning, the toilet, shower room should have been friendly to a double amputee. But the guest was told that there is no room which fulfils this condition. Upon his request a seat and a support for his legs were fetched to enable him take a shower, but was risky.

The rooms were clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful and approachable.
The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance from Ottensen station, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and amenities at hand. Also a short walk to Altona.

Rooms were clean, very comfortable and trendy. The staff were super lovely and helpful.
On various nights they had entertainment and the food and coffee were great.
Facilities such as the gym are available. It’s very close to Ottensen station and there are lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Thee rooms are very clean and modern. It's in a residential area and therefore safe and quiet but lots of dining and shopping are closeby. Zoe at the front desk has been fantastic throughout my stay.

The Moxy chain is a great format for accommodation. It was comfortable and it had a funky vibe. Would recommend as a good option where available.
