Staff is very friendly. Hotel is located about a 20 minute drive from the cruise port. There is nothing around here. So don’t expect to see Hamburg unless you are wanting to take transit back into the city. Hotel rooms are a bit dated. The shower in the bathroom was small. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms are surprisingly nice!
Posted 15 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe building in general is pretty so so, but I was pleasantly surprised by my room. It was great, lovely room and with a fridge and A/C!
Unfortunately, the location is horrible, even more so with the train station closed.

Posted 30 Jul 2023 on HotelsIs a amazing place , is a bit far away from the Center , but if you are looking for peace and some private and quiet hotel , this is the best option. We loved the food was delicious in the breakfast, also the staff very nice .
