Does what it does on the tin.Rooms at the back level 5 near the lift are very noisy at night.You hear the lift then when that stops you hear the trains on the track at the rear.
Staff very good when we asked to change rooms and there was no problem in doing so.

Not clean
Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe elevators were broken. We were given a dirty room, and had to navigate back to the front desk. Front desk acted like it was an inconvenience to find us a clean unused room. I did not want to shower, the towels were stained. The beds and pillows are like rocks. The room was small, and warm in a great location. Parking is easy!

I like that is quite close to the station, shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spotless and it was a nice stay. Only problem is that you can hear the trains at night, but it is not too bad!

Too noisey from railway.

Attended a conference in Hamburg the location of the hotel was centrally located and easy to get around.
