Really noisy from nightlife outside. Barely slept at all. Room wasn't prepared for 2 as per the booking. Check in instructions were never sent through. Staff were helpful and friendly when we could get hold of them.

Easy to fit hotel

Very friendly staff, and the building is refurbished and in a good condition. Outside is noisy whole night, but it is alive until the next morning, and you can eat out even at 3 o'clock in the morning.

Small, lot of stairs

Booked in for 9 nights and stayed 3. After correspondence with the hotel it would appear that i was allocated the wrong room on arrival, unfortunately i didn't check my booking or I would have queried it right away. Things to know - the reception is up a long flight of stairs. There is no lift in the building so other floors are accessed by more stairs. Allocated room was very small, about 7 or 8 sq mtr (my booking was for a room 14sq mtr so i think I overpaid). Virtually no storage space, just an open 'wardrobe' with a shelf and 4 hangers. Drop length was too short for coats and dresses. Bed took up about 80% of the room, Small shelf under TV. Plenty of power sockets. Lighting is best described as subdued. Shower- plenty of hot water, powerful shower but no option to vary the pressure. Shower curtain instead of a door. Good lighting by the mirror, shelf under the washbasin and little bit of room at either side for toiletries etc.Good hairdryer provided. I found the bed a little too soft for my liking, (i prefer firm mattresses). Overall it would be OK for a night or two but if you are staying longer ensure that you get one of the larger rooms

Dear Ms. Monroe, you had booked a single room, which was described in the room description on Expedia. There was also information on Expedia that our house does not have an elevator. We have given you a more comfortable room due to the length of your stay. They have During your entire stay, didn't even turn to reception to put your concerns or complaints up. You could have booked a double room, a triple room or a suite when you made your booking, but you clearly chose a single room and never overpaid. Yours sincerely
