Staff was friendly and helpful especially Frank. The facility was under construction, but still clean and customer accessible.

The hotel itself is in fine shape, but management is lacking at every level. They want to provide service on the level of the Hamburg hotel (no daily maid service), but the want to charge rates comparable to the Hilton. They are completely out of touch with guest services and they are near available to address issues. The surrounding area is very unsafe. Cops were at the adjoining facility every day of our stay. I worried about my car every night.

I could never find anyone at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes at check-in and no one ever showed at check-out. It does not seem too hard to leave a note on the counter with the time you walked away and the time you will return. On a positive note, the morning breakfast staff was awesome. I wish Expedia mentioned there were repairs being made at the hotel. I have family close by so I need this hotel to do better so I do not have to travel from further away.

It was too noisy, you can hear other guests above you and in the halls. Did not sleep well. However it was very clean except for a few sticky spots on the carpet. Everything else was great. The beds were comfortable, the shower was wonderful and it was a safe place.

Because of upcoming paving, there were limited parking spots. The employee at check in moved his car in the rain for us to use his parking spot!
