This property is pretty good for the value. I really like the easy check-in and -out. It's a 15 minute metro bus ride from the Hamburg Central Station. And the bus stops right outside the hotel (a plus). I didn't find this inconvenient (this is coming from a person who likes to walk everywhere. FYI, it takes about 30 minutes to walk. Breakfast is pretty general. Scramble eggs, bread, cereal, sausage and fruits ( coffee and tea options). It was pretty pricey for $15-ish euro ($18-ish euro, if you book on the day of breakfast). The red light district was a block away. It was interesting to walk through but the property tends to be safe. There is a Lidl and Penny Supermarket just outside. Rooms are big and clean everyday. I found this to be very comfortable stay. I didn't hear much noise during the night but I also sleep with earplugs.

The hotel is fairly close to the Fishmarket and the harbor and a couple miles from Alt Stadt. The direct route walk to Alt Stadt goes right through Hamburg’s red light district with little ve nude shows, etc. and there were several people literally sleeping in the sidewalk.
There is a nice promenade along the harbor, so that’s a better route.

Pretty poor
Posted 31 Jul 2022 on HotelsIt took 25 mins to complete check in, they gave one of my colleagues a room that already had occupants, it took three people to figure out how to give me a receipt for parking and there was no hot water
