excellent location, quiet and clean, easy check in, staffing a little overwhelmed under breakfast seating/should have people wait at the desk and then someone accompany them to the table, we walked to an assigned table but other people just squeezed by and sat down at it..., otherwise great place to stay and excellent breakfast buffet

As a non-smoker, I did not like the groups of smokers that gather close to the entrance--and they leave their cigarette butts on the grounds.

Great quiet business hotel in Hamburg
Posted 15 Dec 2022 on HotelsReally a lovely hotel in a quiet area of Hamburg. Several restaurants in walking distance. Quiet with a great breakfast and fantastic parking. I have stayed there several times… not close to “downtown” as more of a business hotel
