Not worth the cost
Posted 17 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is far from restaurants and shops. The rooms look good at first glance, but then you realize that the shower nozzle won't stay in place, the floors in the room are dirty, the lamps don't all work, and the noise from other rooms and slamming doors jolt you out of bed. It felt like a homeless shelter that had been lightly renovated. Is that too harsh? Lol

We always encourage our guests to bring their concerns to the attention of the Manager on duty so we are able to rectify the issue while our guests are still with us. Once again, I would like to apologize for the disappointing stay you had with us. Please be assured that we are always seeking to satisfy the expectations of our residents. There are about 30 Restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. And yes, comparing a 4 star hotel to a homeless shelter is a bit too harsh. Nevertheless I hope to welcome you again in order to proof that we can do better,Best regards

Very good experience in this aparthotel.
10' from the attractions in Hamburg, you can walk anywhere.
Coffee, water, tea, free 24 hours. Laundry facilities, clean, the room very comfortable and spacious.
Without a doubt a place to recommend and return to beautiful Hamburg.
