The hotel is always clean and friendly staff. The breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet is excellent

Posted 8 May 2023 on HotelsEverything was perfect except for the location! Be aware if you don't have a car. I paid a lot of money for the taxi. The nearer metro station is 30 minutes on a walk
The hotel is very good and comfortable

What a nightmare stay! The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke. The staff were incredibly rude, hostile even. Also, check your bill, they tried to charge me for several additional services. The hotel maids kicked me out before checkout time, because they wanted to finish early. The area is a dangerous area. I would stay anywhere else, if I were to visit again. Even a cardboard box would be nicer than this place.

Dear "Erica", we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay here with us. We are always interested in constructive criticism to improve. However, we also appreciate it when the criticism corresponds to the truth and the facts.We are a non-smoking hotel and this is also consistently handled. When you arrived there were guests in front of the hotel and they smoked there, but not in the hotel. When you spoke to the colleagues at reception about this, you claimed that the guests in the lobby smoked. However, when asked by our colleagues, you were unable to show these guests.You also complained that our hotel is not closer to the city center. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this. The address of the hotel and thus the exact location of the hotel is accessible to all (potential) guests and is very easy to find out these days.Unfortunately, we also cannot understand how you come to the conclusion that this is a dangerous region? The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area and is therefore not surrounded by forest and meadows! But to make this claim (dangerous region) is very bold towards all people who live and work here. Similarly, the false claim regarding our housekeeping team. For this we read the door lock of your room. The colleagues came to you after the official check-out time, so you shouldn't have been in the room at all. Here, too, simply accusing our colleagues of something speak for you.But of course, I don't want to cover up our mistakes either and I apologize for the breakfast that was wrongly deposited with you, which we did not charge you for, but was removed from the bill again before payment and invoicing.We wish you a nice autumn.
