The staff were very polite and courteous, but the facilities were old and out-dated, and we could easily hear the party that was next door to ours. They could use new bedding. The bed was hard, and the futon very thin. It was like sleeping on a rock. It was over-priced, too. Sorry, it wasn't good value for the money.

Room is very comfy and clen. Dinner buffet has variety of food. It's located next to the beach with nice view from our room. I like public onsen. Hotel provided free ticket of the lake cruise right opposite the hotel.

昨日から、姉と２人で１泊しました。
スタッフの方々も笑顔で質問等にも
丁寧に対応して下さり良かったです。
大浴場も綺麗に整えてあり、気持ち良く
入れました。得に屋上の「露天風呂」は
景色が良く温泉をゆったり楽しめました。夕食の豪華さもさることながら、飲み放題（アルコール等も含め）種類も多く、大満足でした。次回は家族皆で来たいと思います。ありがとうございました。
