Very close to hamamatsu station with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious.

Hotel is very near to the JR starion and bus terminal, makes for easy access. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly

Perfect location very close to the station. Easy parking. Centrally located. Very friendly staff. The complementary happy hour was a added bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A basic Japanese business hotel located in the heart of Hamamatsu. The staff is friendly and the rooms quiet. I would stay here again.

Very unfriendly staff that were rude to guests. Telling lies during a typhoon, and putting guests safety in jeopardy. Some of the worst hospitality I have ever seen in Japan. Would not stay here or at any of the group’s properties ever again.
